South Africa’s Children Rely on Us. And We Rely on You.
GIVE A HELPING HAND
The Boikanyo Foundation has formed a vital and unique partnership with the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital to increase the number of children receiving life-saving heart surgery through the hospital’s paediatric cardiothoracic surgery department.
The foundation provides funds to cover financial shortfalls for consumables in cases where other available public funding is insufficient.
Our aim is to help save at least 24 young people every year through these surgeries. But we can only do this with help from people like you. At only R50 000.00 per surgery, any and all donations to our foundation helps contribute to another life changed and another life saved.
No need to buy a full table, we’ll arrange your table according to the number of guests you bring along.
Please RSVP to Nicola at nicola@boikanyo.org by no later than 26 January 2025, and she will respond with more details.
Together, we can continue to transform lives and create a brighter, healthier future for children facing heart conditions.
Join us on this incredible journey by getting involved today! Together, let’s drive change and make a difference, one heart at a time. 🚀🌍

TESTIMONIALS
Baby Amanda has recovered and has since been discharged. Mom, Puleng Mokhali, says she is grateful to the entire NMCH family for their spirit of Ubuntu, “Their love for children is remarkable, everyone wants to hold the baby and play with her. Amanda was spoiled with toys and I almost forgot that she is sick but when I did remember, a social worker was available to talk to me. I felt like I was with a true family.”
“I can see the change - I have seen my son go from being inactive, always tired to a bubbly energetic self again. He now wakes up excited and always has energy. I see the hand of God at NMCH, from the reception to the way the doctors involve you in every procedure. I wish we could stay an extra day to enjoy the hospitality” laughs mom Dorcas.
